The Matchup of # 2 Woodinville (7-0) vs #19 Skyline (5-2) will be a matchup of the titans when they meet Friday night.

A Look into Woodinville

Woodinville has been rolling all season and has showed why they are our top ranked team in all of 4A.  Woodinville is led under center by Senior Jaden Sheffey (6’1 180). In the air it’s all about senior Montana commit Nash Fouch (6-3 185), and up front is 3-star OT Cade Beresford (6-7 265) who is committed to Washington State University. On the defensive side of the ball senior defensive end Jake Baillie has been up a force up from (6-1 215).

Keys to winning
The biggest Key for Woodinville will be their secondary. Skyline loves to sling the rock, and if Woodinville can play lockdown like they have all season they will be in a great position.

The X Factor

The X Factor for Woodinville will be Senior running back Brett Accimus (6-0 195). The run game will be crucial for the falcons as skyline will look to stop the aerial attack of the falcons.

A look into Skyline

Skyline has been a very solid team this year recently pulling off an upset of then #7 ranked Puyallup who was undefeated till that game. Skyline is led by senior tackle and current Cal commit Matthew Cindric (6-4 250). At quarterback is Junior gun slinger Joe Green (6-4 195). Green has a plethora of weapons including Senior receivers Luke Stiles (6-2 190) as well as senior Evan Alexander (6-2 190). on defense look out for senior linebacker Thomas DuBeau (6-1 205).

Keys to winning
For Skyline, the major key is to get the ground game going. Everyone knows how good skyline can throw it, it will be up to the Spartans ground attack to slow the game down.

The X Factor

The X factor for Union is Senior Swiss army knife Evan Alexander. Evan has the ability to affect the game in all three phases. If Evan can do his thing the Spartans have a real chance to upset the falcons

Bottom Line
Big time battle in Kingco between two great programs

Woodinville will win this game 28-21.
