Our FSP NFL Draft class consists of athletes from all over the country, from different schools, different backgrounds, and different cultures. But once they arrive we WELCOME ALL OF OUR ATHLETES IN AS FAMILY. To ensure the highest rate of success we limit our combine class to 10-12 athletes. All athletes receive the highest level of coaching regardless of draft projection. Our program consist of 6 days a week training with up to three training sessions per day. We are a results driven facility with a blue collar, underdog, attitude. We are not a training resort we do not cater and pamper our athletes, we believe in putting in the work to achieve the best results.
Ford Sports strength and conditioning program is specifically designed to rapidly enhance several key components to ensure every athlete’s success — Strength/Power, Body Composition/Muscularity, and Muscular Endurance. Our combine program focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, explosion, top end speed, acceleration, and lateral quickness.
The combination of our strength/conditioning program and nutritional strategies provides our athletes with the edge needed to pass the visual first impression. Aside from looking like an athlete, leaner athletes display a higher level of control and power production for their individual body weight.
The Combine Tests are the foundation of Ford Sports Performance. Athletes are provided with the exact technical breakdown for all combine tests and drilled over and over throughout the programs duration until they are confident in their mastery over every test.
FSP Athletes have had a strong reputation of being the highlighted athlete at their pro-days/combine. As a staff we pride ourself to make sure our athletes are in peak performance both mentally and physically when their test day comes in order to out perform everyone in their position group at their proday/combine in what we call “Stealing The Show”. We have had multiple skilled athletes run in the sub 4.4 or lower in the 40yd dash. Some examples of stealing the show are in 2014 University of Washington CB Greg Ducre who reportedly ran an unofficial 4.28 40yd dash, in 2016 Washington State WR Dom Williams, and University of Washington WR Marvin Hall we both had stellar performances.

The positional drills at the NFL combine or your pro-day are just as important as the testing itself. At FSP we have positional coaches for each athlete regardless of position and will prepare you for almost every drill you will see at the NFL combine or your pro-day.
At FSP we understand the importance of staying healthy and injury prevention. We have partnered with Sports Physical Therapy Bellevue to insure all of our athletes are at peak performance and stay healthy through out this grueling six to nine week training process.
At FSP we understand not every athlete is the same, and every athlete has different needs when it comes to nutrients. Our on staff nutritionists will provide a detailed personalized meal plan to fit your needs. We have partnered with first class chefs from Elite Grind that will prepare catered meals weekly with the option to get up to two meals a day (Lunch & Dinner) seven days a week in order to fit every athlete’s goals come the combine/pro-day. Every athlete will have the ability to choose their meals weekly off the menu that is designed to fit your nutritional needs.
Supplement intake may be the most underrated valued key to combine/pro day success. We fuel all of our athletes with AdvoCare products which is the top of the line leading performance product on the market. All of our supplements informed are choice trusted and are all approved by NCAA or NFL standard.
Ford Sports Performance does provide additional housing upon request. FSP has partnered with The Catalina Apartments which is less then a one mile walk from FSP. All apartments come fully furnished including wifi internet, cable, and more. The Catalina apartments are also used as the official housing for the Seattle Seahawks Practice squad players. We have the option of one bedroom studios (one athlete per room) one bedroom apartments (two athletes per apartment), or 2 bedroom apartments (four athletes per apartment).
At FSP we never let the appearance be the interference, we understand the theory of “you look good and you play good”. With that said FSP has partnered with Standing on Top Barber Shop to provide free hair cuts from professional licensed barbers to all of our NFL Draft class clients.
