What Makes us different:
The FSP pre-draft training consist of athletes from all over the country. To ensure the highest rate of success we limit our pre-draft training program to a hand picked class of 15-18 athletes. All athletes will receive the highest level of coaching regardless of their draft projection. This program is a 8 to 9 week program consists of 6 days a week of training, with up to three sessions per day. We are a results driven facility that requires a blue collar mentality. Here at FSP we are not a “training resort”, we do not cater or pamper our athletes, we believe in putting in the work to achieve the best results.
The combine tests are the foundation of Ford Sports Performance. Athletes are provided with the exact technical breakdown for all combine tests and drilled over and over throughout the duration of the program until they are confident in their mastery over every test.
Ford Sports strength & conditioning program is specifically designed to rapidly enhance several key components to ensure every athlete’s success
Strength/Power, Body Composition/Muscularity, and Muscular Endurance. Our combine program focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, explosion, top end speed, acceleration, and lateral quickness.
The combination of our strength/conditioning program and nutritional strategies provides our athletes with the edge needed to pass the visual first impression. Aside from looking like an athlete, leaner athletes display a higher level of control and power production for their individual body weight.
At Ford Sports we understand the importance of recovery. FSP provides in-house daily physical therapy and treatments. Our state of the Art Recovery Zone center provides the following services.
- Daily Soft Tissue Work
- Therogun treatment
- Normatec treatment
- Cold Tub
- Weekly Massage therapy
To ensure our athletes are prepared both physically and mentally with this 4 day event. FSP will provide full service for all of our athletes participating at the NFL combine.
