At Ford Sports Performance, we pride ourselves in constantly developing and implementing techniques and exercises that help protect the athlete’s body. Volleyball is most often played on a hard surface, which isn’t as forgiving as surfaces such as grass, and the types of movement performed on a harder surface require continuous strength, stability, and balance to ensure an athlete’s longevity. To improve an athlete’s overall game and durability, we focus on exercising the knees, hips, ankles and back.

Quickness, reaction time, and vertical exercises are some of the key components athletes at FSP concentrate on to get that edge on competition. Along with making sure an athlete improves in those three components, we make certain that they are performing those movements correctly and efficiently to the best of their ability.
