The Ford Sports Performance off-season program has been the home for over a dozen NFL athletes each year. Our program consists of speed and strength sessions five days a week. Each session will include equal amount of time in the weight room and on field sessions so to ensure sport-specific skills are enhanced. The biggest difference in the pre-season program at Ford Sports in comparison to the off-season is the customized conditioning program specific to your sport. This conditioning program will focus on adequate work-to-rest ratios to help build the athlete’s aerobic capacity.
