If I have discovered anything through my career in fitness, it is that the best kind of exercise is the kind you love, and can do forever. If movement is key to a long and healthy life, then we might as well enjoy it along the way.

Throughout the years, I have found myself passionate about ALL KINDS of movement. My career in fitness started 8 years ago as a Yoga teacher. Since then I have coached countless group fitness classes, and more recently started helping clients reach their potential through personal training.

Through teaching yoga, I learned optimal body mechanics, and how the movement will always look and feel a little different in different bodies. Guiding groups of 30+ people have taught me how to communicate clearly and concisely. Venturing into small groups and personal training taught me that building meaningful relationships is the most underrated aspect of good health.

Outside the gym, you will often find me moving. My inability to “sit still” has created a lifestyle of more or less active hobbies. In addition to weight training, I love to run, play tennis, walk my dog, and practice my handstands. I am an avid caffeine addict, and anything involving chocolate is my kryptonite.

I specialize in helping women build the body, mindset, and lifestyle they have always wanted, using an intuitive, balanced approach. I am so excited to meet you, hear your story, and help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need to become the best version of yourself.

Every day you cast a vote with your actions. You have the choice to stay where you are or to push yourself toward who you want to be. If you want to create lasting change in your life, you must do something you’ve never done before.

I’ve played sports all my life (specifically baseball) but my coaching journey started four years ago in group fitness. After a few years of coaching classes with 30-40 people, I decided to expand my skill set and get my personal training certification. On top of being a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I’m also a PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach. I’m passionate about continuing my education and giving my clients the most up-to-date information.

When I’m not coaching clients, I enjoy spending time with Alaina and our dog Felix, working out, running trails, watching movies (Interstellar is my favorite movie), reading, and spending time with family and friends. You’ll always find me coaching with a cup of coffee and a hat turned backward.

My goal as a coach is to help people break free of their self-limiting beliefs through the avenue of fitness. I’m excited to go on this journey with you and I can’t wait to get started!
