Team FSP

Team FSP

7v7 / Trench is one of the most successful training programs that Ford Sports Performance offers skilled high school football players. Team FSP is an 11-month program for serious athletes aspiring to play football at the collegiate level geared towards helping students succeed at the next level, both on and off the field. FSP is nationally ranked as one of the top 20 7v7 teams since 2015 and the ONLY fully sponsored Adidas team in Washington state.

The shutdown of 2020 caused the world to come to a halt, and student-athletes fixated on earning college scholarships felt suspended in the space of irrevocable direction. 2021 produced Spring Club Football with the ambition to salvage college dreams. Exposure to filmed padded practices, live game film, and consistent work educating athletes on recruiting etiquette generated college offers that would have been impossible otherwise. Spring League Club Football is now a substantial part of the Team FSP football program.

College Recruiting

How 7v7 & 5v5 work

FSP hosts tryouts in June - July for new AND all returning athletes. There are discretional second tryouts or additional private workouts based on the cuts made until January when team practices begin.

For athletes that make the team who qualify for financial assistance, there are multiple sponsor opportunities. These hand-selected athletes are recruited year-round.

Sponsored and recruited athletes have mandatory consultations and mentorship for the duration of the program sponsorship and beyond.

College Prep

Recruiting consultations are highly suggested for the HS Freshman year to target NCAA-qualified transcripts and attention to detail in on-field skill performance. Most importantly: We need our athletes to get excited about their goals beyond sports by evaluating their options.

The rhythm of college contact for Juniors and Seniors depends on the division they fall into.

Recruiting topics to be informed on and navigate strategically:

  • Quiet Period
  • Evaluation
  • Official & Unofficial  Visits
  • Social Media Presence & Etiquette
  • Contact & Communication Etiquette
  • NIL information

If you need support or more general knowledge on how to be in control of your college football journey, do not hesitate to book a 1:1 consultation to be informed.

Giving back is what we are about.

Who wants the smoke?
